In CRI-iAtlas/iatlas-app: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
In the CG Cohort Selection, select your dataset of interest and a grouping variable to be used to stratify patients in survival curves. You can select an extra variable for further stratification by the mean value across samples.
You can also select an outcome in terms of either overall survival (OS) or progression free interval (PFI) endpoints to generate a Kaplan-Meier plot.
Manuscript Context: In Cohort Selection, select TCGA as Dataset and group samples by immune subtypes to obtain Figure 3A for (OS), and Figure S3A for (PFI).
