In CRI-iAtlas/iatlas-app: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
Select a group from the dropdown below. This group will be used to divide the samples from the selected dataset into subgroups plotting in analysis modules.
If Immune feature bins are selected, the samples will be binned into a number of groups of your choice, using their value of the selected immune feature.
If driver mutations are selected, the samples will be grouped by their mutaiton status of the selected mutaton.
