In CRI-iAtlas/iatlas-app: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
In the ICI Cohort Selection, select datasets of interest and a grouping variable to be used to stratify patients in survival curves. You can select an extra variable for further stratification by the mean value across samples.
You can also select an outcome in terms of either overall survival (OS) or progression free interval (PFI) endpoints to generate a Kaplan-Meier plot.
