CamaraLab/AdjacencyScore: Computes a bivariate metric to rank pairs of features by how colocalized they are in a graph

This package calculates f((e^{kA}-I)/k)g for each pair of features f and g on a graph with adjacency matrix A and constant k between 0 and 1.
