CambridgeAssessmentResearch/KernEqWPS: Kernel Equating Without Pre-Smoothing

This package is designed to make kernel equating much easier than at present by removing the manual task of pre-smoothing the data. This is replaced by methods that achieve smoothing through choosing an appropriate bandwidth.
