glmtlp
glmtlp is a new R package that makes it incredibly easy to use penalized regression with truncated lasso penalty in R.
Installation
To install the latest development builds directly from GitHub, run this instead:
if (!require("devtools"))
install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("ChongWu-Biostat/glmtlp")
