Summary information on a 'CMM' object

Usage

## S3 method for class 'CMM'
summary(object, which = names(object[1]), perchain = TRUE,
  ...)

Arguments

object	an object of class CMM
which	the name of the parameters to summarize
perchain	logical. whether the statistics should be calculated for each chain separately or globally
...	additional parameters to be passed

Details

Calculate mean and SD of parameters from a 'CMM' object

Value

a data.frame with the required statistics.
