Creates an XML file that contains parameters and other metadata for the RSA model.

Usage

modelParametersOutput(mu, sigma, lambda, sample = NULL, layer = NULL,
  inputFiles = NULL, modeler = NULL, application = "synapsesSA",
  version = "1.2", output = NULL)

Arguments

mu	Log-mean of the Feret's diameters lognormal fit
sigma	Log-std of the feret's diameters lognormal fit
lambda	Synaptic intensity
sample	Sample number
layer	Sample yaer
inputFiles	Files used as input
application	App. name
version	Version number
output	Output files list
