DIVA-Lab-UTMB/epl: ExplodeLayout algorithm for network visulization
Using ExplodeLayout algorithm to visualize unipartite or bipartite network. User has to provide two data files, one is the network file formated as a table; the other should be a nodelist file containing coordinates and cluster, entity and outcome information.
