In DudbridgeLab/AVENGEME: Analysis of polygenic scoring methods
AVENGEME
AVENGEME is a package for the analysis of the polygenic scoring method. A Shiny interface is provided.
To install within R, devtools::install_github("DudbridgeLab/avengeme").
To run the Shiny interface, avengeme::avengemeShiny().
