This package contains a shiny APP to explore and visualize Gene expression data of Acute Lymphatic Leukemia (ALL) and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) patients from the Golub et al. dataset. To visualize the data Principal Component Analysis and Hierarchical Clustering methods are applied.
