Arguments

FILE	name of file to plot for title
ST_MODEL	snow presence using only some checks on Soil Temperature
PAR_MODEL	snow presence using only some checks on Photosintetically Active Radiation
MODEL	snow presence using the combination of Soil Temperature and PAR
