ADCP Processing ODF to NetCDF
Description
Converting individual odf bins to Net cdf standard format
Usage
odf2adp(files, metadata)
Arguments
files
list of odf files
metadata
any extra metadata to be added to net cdf as list form
Details
Reads in a set of odf files and compiles into adp object, is capable of
recognizing missing bins or missing odf files and inserting NA's in
appropriate slot of data varibales
