Obtained Jan-15-2018, special characters overwritten for compatibility.

A data frame with 515,970 rows and 9 variables:
- y
year
- st
state, in full name
- id_st
state id, as defined by INEGI
- mun
municipio, in full name
- id_mun
municipio id, as defined by INEGI
- geoid
geographic id, defined as state id plus municipio id
- gender
gender. Cero for males, one for females
- age
age group
- population
population
