In EmilMiP/LTFH_plusplus: Implementation of LT-FH++

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version we have:

• Explained all acronyms in the package description

• Corrected package description to only use single quotes around software and package names

• Corrected all written booleans from 'T' and 'F' to TRUE and FALSE

• Removed all usages of cat() in favour of message() and warning()

• Removed installation of packages in function estimate_liability_prevalence()
