In End-to-end-provenance/provTraceR: Uses Provenance to Trace File Lineage for One or more R Scripts
Resubmission
This is a resubmission.
Messages are now sent to the console with message rather than cat.
installed.packages was replaced with requireNamespace.
The two exported functions were updated to return results as a string.
A new parameter (console) was added to direct output to the console.
The two organizations that hold copyright were added to the
Authors@R field.
The LICENSE file was removed.
The DESCRIPTION file was updated to include an additional repository for
the suggested package rdt.
The .Rbuildignore file was updated so the vignette index is included.
Test environments
- local Windows 10, R 4.0.0
- Travis CI, release & devel
R CMD check results
There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs.
There was 1 NOTE: New submission
Saving results
Results are displayed in the console.
The user can opt to save results to a text file.
The text file is saved to the R session temporary directory
unless the user specifies a different directory.
