Indicator for whether the worker chose the green ball in the nominal choice treatments (0/1), 1 if they did so.
Duration of HIT completion (numeric, in seconds)
Indicator for whether the worker is a lottery winner (0/1).
Indicator for whether the worker is a lottery loser (0/1).
Bonus to everyone, used to create a budget for forced choices
