A dataset containing population counts compiled by the UNPD
Usage

Format
A data frame with 5 variables:
- division_numeric_code
‘Numeric’ 3-digit M49 country code (United Nations, 2019).
- is_in_union
‘Character’ taking values “Y” or “N”. Rows with “Y” are observations for married/in-union women; rows with “N” are observations for unmarried/not-in-union women.
- age_range
‘Character’ age range, e.g., “15-49”, “15-19”, etc.
- mid_year
‘Numeric’ Year of population_count. The values in this field are whole years (e.g., “1970”) but the population counts are estimates for the middle of the given year (e.g., “1970.5”).
- population_count
‘Numeric’ Population count.
