reduceData: Run a full calibration

Description

This function does everything from read in files, select calibtation period and thens runs a calibration and saves the file.

Usage

reduceData(dat, basisdim = 47, redbasisdim = 12, nharm = 4)

Arguments

dat	The data.
basisdim	original basis space for data.
redbasisdim	reduced basis space for consistency.
nharm	fully reduced space for modelling.
