Flyingfox1314/PPI: Building PPI network data and Gene transformation
This R package contains four functions, PPI_data() For constructing protein-protein interaction networks. PPI_hub() Nine algorithms are used to calculate the key node genes of protein-protein interaction network. gerGEO_url() bio-info-trainee team downloads the data of GEO database to the domestic server. This function is the address corresponding to the output data.
