Shirley2P a two parameter Shirley function

Description

Shirley2P is a Shirley backgroung generated using the two parameter Bs, Cs. Shirley(E) = S(E)is evaluated iteratively. S(E) = Integral[ K(E'-E) * J(E)dE' ] J(E) is the acquired spectrum K(E'-E) describes the energy loss E-E' and is described by: B*(E-E')/[C + (E-E')^2] see J. Vegh, Surface Science 563 (2004) 183, J.
