XPScalc Function to compute the integral intensity for a given XPS-CoreLine.
Calculation of Integral Intensity of fitting components of a XPSCoreLine.
Usage
XPScalc(object, table = TRUE)
Arguments

XPSCoreLine
table
Print table Logic
Value
An ASCII file for each XPSCoreLine.
