In GegznaV/addins.rs: RStudio Add-ins to Insert Operators and Modify Text

1. highlight_row_duplicates.R:
   • Review functionality of the functions in the file issue: rows are highlighted but cannot be modified as the file loses focus).
2. rs_align_code.R:
   • [+] Delete temporary functions at FIXME.
   • [ ] Create a new algorithm that aligns text only in selections, and not in rows with selection.
   • [+] Create a Shiny (or Tcl/Tk) based interactive add-in to choose a character or a sequence of characters to align code at.
   • [ ] Create an add-in to undo the alignment (to remove spaces).
3. Insert more symbols:
