extract_stats_female: Retrieve Results
In HSL/Rpgcli: PopGen Web Service Client

Parse the service output for stats relating to female individuals.

1	extract_stats_female(pop_gen_out, convert = TRUE)

`pop_gen_out`	Structure returned from `generate_population`
`convert`	Whether to convert service output to numerical data, and convert to a data frame

When converting numerical data, any NAs produced are not accompanied by a diagnostic message.

If convert is TRUE, a data frame; otherwise, a matrix
