HamdaBinteAjmal/DBN4GRN: An R Package for Learning Sparse DBN Structures to Reverse Engineer Gene Regulatory Networks
Learn the structure of dynamic Bayesian networks from time series data using different scoring objectives, the BIC score, Score_Lasso and Score_LOPC with exhaustive search and greedy hill climbing search to maximise the scoring objective. It can also be used with any user defined scoring objective.
