In Hegghammer/daiR: Interface with Google Cloud Document AI API

This is a new release.

It adresses a small number of bugs, notably a .jpg problem on MacOS, handling of .tif files in dai_sync()/dai_async(), and some missing MIME values in dai_async().

There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs or NOTEs.
