GLReportR

The goal of GLReportR is to provide tools for inspection and reporting of Great Lakes fisheries data. This includes functions to perform data inspection and manipulation, and pre-populated templates to produce summary reports.

Installation

You can install the released version of GLReportR from github.com with:

devtools::install_github("HoldenJe/GLReportR")

To do this you will need to have the package devtools installed (use: install.packages("devtools")). You will need to install Rtools which is available for download here: Using Rtools4 on Windows (r-project.org) and select the link under "To use rtools, download the installer from CRAN:". Note: check you are using a recent version of RStudio (at least 1.2.5042) to work with rtools4. If you are having issues with the install_github() function it may help to update your R to a newer version.

Alternatively, you can request binary from the project team (Jeremy Holden, Sarah Beech, Rachel Henderson).

For this package to work you will also need to install the glfishr package using devtools::install_github("AdamCottrill/glfishr")

Example

This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:
