In IALSA/IalsaSynthesis: Synthesizing Information Across Collaborating Research

Description

This submission has some minor modifications to comply with updated CRAN checks and package dependencies.

This is a second submission because last night's submission's README referred to a file that didn't exist. The file was replaced and the link again works.
