get_package: Load a package, installing it if you don't already have it.
In Ironholds/olivr: Oliver's personal R package

takes a package name, checks if it's installed, installs it if it isn't, and loads it either way.

1	get_package(package_name)

package_name

the name of the package, as a string

set_proxies, which must be run first if you're calling this on the Analytics cluster.
