To install
- clone repository
- define vars
- PROJECT: bq project
- PROJECT_BILLING: bq billing project
- DATASET: bq default dataset (optional)
- BUCKET: gs bucket (optional)
- build r library
Otherwise, you can download it as .tar.gz from google storage.
