GEOtop point output retrieved from the coupling with the topoSUB tool is restructured in oder to be used by the topoSUB postprocess functions, e.g. TopoSUB_mapping
Usage

TopoSUB_restrOutput(keys, setup_filename="setup.txt", location_filename="location.txt")
Arguments
keys
keywords, for further information refer to geotopbricks
setup_filename
name of setup file, default: setup.txt
location_filename
name of setup file, default: location.txt
