Description
Generate a list of correlation matrices for tssem
Usage
cormat_list(yi, vi, ni, var1, var2, cluster, data, transform = NULL)
Arguments
yi
correlation effect
vi
correlation variance
ni
the name of the column containing the sample size
var1
the name of the column containing the second variable
cluster
the name of the clustering variable
data
data.frame
transform
a function to transform individual correlations
