Calculate the actual Hicks elasticities using the Slutsky equation.
Description
Given actual price and income elasticities (i.e., calculated using finite
difference derivatives), compute the corresponding Hicks elasticities.
Usage
calc.hicks.actual(eps, alpha.s, alpha.n, alpha.m)
