Description

HS_U133Plus2_Space spans a 192-dimension physiological space constructed from 108 different human gene expression datasets from GEO or "Gene Expression Omnibus". All datasets are measured by Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array.

Usage

Format

A matrix with genes as rows and different physiological dimensions in columns. Gene Entrez IDs are stored in rownames and space-dimension names in colnames.
