LRTargetFisher(Targets, GeneSets, TotalGene)
Arguments
Targets
User input genes of interest.
GeneSets
KEGG gene sets. (Ma et al., Nucleic Acids Research, 2021).
TotalGene
Unique detected genes from a scRNA-seq dataset.
Value
A list. p value and overlapping genes.
