• Add the following Rmd parameters to the tb_month report template:
• pgres_host (defaults to PGRES_HOST)
• pgres_user (defaults to PGRES_USER)
• pgres_pwd (defaults to PGRES_PWD)
• pgres_dbname (defaults to PGRES_DBNAME)
• Update documentation for render_report() and to the README to reflect this update
• Add internal functions for processing data including:
• merge_to_episode()
• add_missing_factorise()
• prepare_tb_report_data()
• clean_adm_demographics()
• calculate_reporting_period()
• Add data checking after reading from PostgreSQL server
