In JimWhiting91/genotype_plot: Visualises Genotypes Within a VCF File Located Somewhere on the System, or Loaded as a vcfR Object

Data files

The example.vcf.gz file included here is sourced from 1000 Genomes project and refers to Chr1:11697036-11836540.

The VCF has also been filtered to retain only biallelic SNPs and no indels.

example_multi.vcf.gz is identical, but two SNPs have been made to be multi allelic to test functionality.
