get_api: Retrieve API key from Renviron

1	get_api(api = NULL)

api

Default NULL. Your private api key. If api is NULL, the environment variable Sys.getenv("getrecipes_api") is used.

If the entry "getrecipes_api" exists in your .Renviron return that value. Otherwise, raise an error.
