Description

Occurrence data with 159 observations for 10 macrofauna species with associated information of 13 enviornmental ingradients. Rows of the data frame are different observations.

Format

A data frame with 159 observations on the 41 variables. The following two sets give the column names of macrofauna species and enviornmental ingradients, respectively.

Macrofauna Species

Ten macrofauna species: "alpheus", "theora.lubrica", "aricidea", "paradonidae.other", "austrovenus.stutchburyi", "macomona.liliana", "maldanidae", "aonides", "prionospio.aucklandica", "orbiniidae".

Enviornmental Ingradients

13 enviornmental ingradients: "Log.mud.1.", "SST", "SST_Amp", "Current.sediment.load..t.y.", "mud", "Cu", "Cr", "Zn", "Ni", "Pb", "Cd", "As", "TP".
