Acrosiphonia binary cover data.

Usage

data(Cover_Acro)

Format

A data frame with 1794 rows and 11 variables.

The file contains binary indicators of Acrosiphonia cover collected between 2009 and 2015 across two parks, Katmai National Park (KATM) and Kenai Fjords National Park (KEFJ) in the Southwest Alaskan Network. Data hierarchy includes Elevation class within Quadrat within Site. The variables are as follows:

• Site. Sampling unit selected with GRTS sampling.

• Park. National Park. KATM = Katmai NP and KEFJ = Kenai Fjords NP.

• Quad. Quadrat within Site.

• Elev. Elevation class within Quad Quadrat.

• Year. Survey year formatted as a factor for random effects estimation.

• WYear. Scalar year covariate for trend analysis.

• Gradient. Site gradient (degrees).

• Long. Site longitude.

• Lat. Site latitude.

• wgt. Design weight from the sample draw.

• PanelWt. Weight to account for temporal revisit design given sample inclusion.
