How to set up key command in RStudio:
After installing package.
Go to:
Tools >> Addins >> Browse Addins >> Keyboard Shortcuts.
Find "Split Code Chunk" and press its field under Shortcut.
Press desired key command.
Press Apply.
Press Execute.
Value
Inserts ```\n\n```{r}
