Decision Items

A table of decision items and their key attributes for project risk analysis.

db_decision

A data frame of decision items with the following attributes:

OBJECTID: Geodatabase unique identifier, numeric
DECISION_NO: Decision item number unique identifier, character
DECISION: Description of the action item, character
APPROVAL_STATUS: The approval status of the decision (domain: approval_status - not approved, pending, rejected, approved), character
DECISION_DATE: Effective date of the decision, POSIXct
RATIONALE: Description of the rationale for the decision, character
IMPLICATIONS: Brief description of the expected implications of the decision, character
OUTCOMES: Brief descriptions of the expected outcomes of the decision, character
FEATURE: The primary project feature impacted by this action, character
TECHNICAL_POC: Technical POC for the action, character
POC_REVIEW_DATE: The last date the technical POC reviewed the action item, POSIXct
ACTIVE: Is the item currently active (Yes/No)? character
DISCIPLINE: The primary discipline of the item (domain: discipline), character
OWNER: The owner of the item, character
ENG_LEVEL: Current engagement level of the item (domain: Engagement, Level, 1-5), character
LEVEL_DATE: The date of the current engagement level, POSIXct
LAST_EDITED_DATE: The date the item was last eddited, POSIXct
