In MalteThodberg/ExtraAssertions: Extra assertions to use with Hadley's assertthat

The ExtraAssertions package includes a number of useful functions that can be used with Hadley's assertthat package.

Install from github using the devtools package:

install.packages("assertthat")
devtools::install_github("MalteThodberg/ExtraAssertions")

The currently implemented new assertions are:

• has_colnames & has_rownames: Checks whether object has column or row names.
• in_option: Checks whether object is a single value from a collection of valid options.
• is_class: Checks whether object is a class from a collection of valid options.
• is_fullrank: Checks whether the object is a full rank matrix
• is_fullrank: Checks whether the object is a full rank matrix with an intercept term as the first column.
