- Open R Studio
- Open exactICLforLCA Project
- Open "example.R" file under example folder
- Install Dependencies using
"install.packages("BayesLCA")"
"install.packages("roxygen2")"
- Build Package "Build -> More -> Clean and Rebuild"
- Open "example" folder to execute for real data and simulated data
- Execute "real-data.R" file
Enter cluster value 'G' when prompted in the console
- Execute "simulation-data.R" file
Enter the simulation and sample size 'n'
