Marchen/partial.plot: Partial dependence plot for statistical/machine learning models.
This package provides standard way to plot partial dependence plot for statistical/machine learning models. By the virtue of model.adapter package, currently, cforest, ctree, glm, glm.nb, glmer, glmmadmb, glmmTMB, glmmML, lm, lme, lmer, MCMCglmm, svm, tree, rpart and ranger are supported.
