MarkoLebo/FindOri: Package for oriC detection and genomic signals display
This package of functions detects oriC regions of linear bacterial genomes. It also contains functions for computing and plotting DNA-walks, cumulated phase signals, and GC-disparity curves (computed from Z-curve) of any procaryotic genomes.
