Mass23/MetaPoly: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)
The MetaPoly aims at describing from a population genomic point of view metagenomics data. For this, several methods are developed to analyse the occurrence of polymorphism, the allele frequencies variations, along with positive selection inferences.
