Description
Summarises the polymorphism in the different genes, across samples. The number
of SNP (SNP_N), sequencing depth (DEPTH), major allele frequency (MAJF), and
allele frequencies evenness (EVENNESS) are measured and returned in a large df.
Usage
PolySummary(data, samp_vec)
