Prepare taxa list
Description
Prepares taxa list using the IMR database API. Stored as data object in the package. Refreshes any new taxa codes.
Usage
prepareTaxaList(verbose = FALSE)
Arguments
verbose
Logical indicating whether the function should return status information as messages.
