Description
The vectors that define the movement of components in a collective system can be thought of as being composed of two parts: a fluctuation and a collective
component.

calculateCollectiveField(frameVectorField)
Arguments
frameVectorField
A data frame of 4 columns describing points in space with velocities (2D data)
Value
A data frame specifying the collective component of the collective movement; i.e. what can be explained by idealized affine transformations.
